Refund Policy

Before your citizen number is reserved and payment is completed, you may cancel the checkout process at any time at no cost.

Once a payment is confirmed and a digital passport is issued, the citizenship record may be written to a public ledger. Because this record can be permanent, refunds after issuance are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your payment succeeded but passport issuance failed or was significantly delayed, contact us and it will be resolved at no cost to you.

This policy exists to keep the citizen registry honest — not to discourage legitimate refund requests for our own errors.
