What You Can Verify

  • The founding supply is capped at 10,000. The Ministry cannot increase it by decree — only a future vote of the citizens could.
  • Every issued citizen number, era, and issue date.
  • That no citizen number has ever been issued twice.
  • That passports are non-transferable (soulbound) by default.
